We got a Wii in July. I find I spend at least 4-8 hours a week playing Wii Sports. Baseball, Tennis, Boxing, Bowling all really tire me out. I usually finish up with some golf. I know that when I'm done I am usually sweating and tired. Not as good of a workout as actual aerobics or weight lifting, but so much better than sitting and watching TV.

Any Wii game that will actually require you to stand and move is a good one to help you be more active. Soul Caliber legends is good too. You use both arms, swinging them around. If you buy the classic game style controller, you've just killed the exercise benefit. Use the unique element of the Wii and play games that force you to move your body, not just your thumbs.

For a real exercise program, get Wii Fit.
